Adzogbo- Women start the dance with an movement of the arms and tapping and hopping
Nmina-The dance is performed by women singing praise their creator and people who have helped to raise them.
Adowa- It is referred to the Antelope dance because it is like the jumping of an antelope.
Agbadza- There are two movements a slow step where arms move back and forth and a fast step where arms flap at the side where elbows extend.
